All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email or text.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within Canada, but we’re working on offering international shipping soon.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at sales@taanoco.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Delivery to P.O. Box is not supported at this time. We are working out the logistics to support this service. Thank your for your understanding.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
